LXNY is holding Free Software Workshops.
These will be small meetings, featuring
Installation assistance and special topics.
The early meetings are focused on the LISP programming language and environment.
Computers are available and Internet access is present.

Tech Corps will have a program of special events for volunteering for Education.
The Business Council for the United Nations will present a program including some "Open Source" panels, including Jon "maddog" Hall and use of free software by Latin American governments.
Admission:
Adults - (good for both days) $15 on site.
Children under 12, accompanied by an adult, are free on both days.
